Warranty

WARRANTY: At STICK-IT we take great pride in our work and do the best we can to provide the highest quality custom stick holder we can, and we want you to be confident in your purchase. That is why we provide a 5-year warranty on our finishes. We warrant that, given proper care, our finishes will not crack or peel from the stick holder. If the finish does fail within 5 years of receipt, we will replace the stick holder tube for free. This warranty is not valid in the case of abuse and does not cover minor scratches and normal wear and tear. This warranty does not include the PDP clamp.

 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: 

• Wipe down with soft cloth to remove fingerprints. If necessary, use only a mild dish soap and a damp rag.
• Do not use any chemicals to clean your stick holder tube.
• Do not just throw your stick holder into your cymbal stand case and expect it to not get damaged. Our finishes are very durable, however, they still require a certain amount of care. 
• If you follow these basic care practices, you should get years of use from your STICK-IT.
